Prepunching concepts

Stamping operations up to 400 strokes per minute can be carried out with the SynchroPunch® hydraulic stamping unit. The great flexibility of an automatic stamper on each stroke makes the SynchroPunch® so economic.

In hydraulic in-line stamping systems, gantry punches are positioned on a coordinate table. The coil material is pre-stamped in-line directly before the roll-forming machine.
