The hydraulic precision leveler FlatMaster® is the result of more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing precision levelers. This machine provides better results in subsequent welding, bending or chamfering processes.
Compared to other leveling methods, the FlatMaster® is quick and easy. Difficult flame-cut parts, which can take hours to straighten manually, are flat in just a few minutes with the FlatMaster®.

Quick-change system for leveling rollers
Dirt and material residues can accumulate in the leveling unit during daily production. For this reason, the FlatMaster® is quipped with a quick change system for the leveling rollers. The leveling rollers can be changed, and the unit thoroughly cleaned, in minutes.
Safety by overload protection
Large forces act on the sheet metal part and on the machine during the leveling process. The FlatMaster® is equipped with a protection system to impede overloading of the machine. The machine stops and opens the leveling unit before a dangerous level of force is reached.
