The hydraulic precision leveler FlatMaster® is the result of more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing precision levelers. This machine provides consistently good leveling results for stamped and laser-cut parts.

The FlatMaster® hydraulic precision leveler is equipped with a leveling gap control. That means the leveling results are consistently good, even in applications where parts have cut-outs. User-friendly operator instructions and setting-memory make the FlatMaster® easy to operate. The integral suggestion system even recommends which part-specific settings the operator should use.

Quick-change system for leveling rollers

Dirt and material residues can accumulate in the leveling unit during daily production. For this reason, the FlatMaster® is equipped with a quick change system for the leveling rollers. The leveling rollers can be changed, and the unit thoroughly cleaned, in minutes.

With the RollerPickup® roll change system, considerable time savings can be achieved, especially when the leveling rollers require frequent changes. For example when different materials are processed in rotation.
