This year in hall 27 on booth G42, ARKU presents the hydraulic parts leveler FlatMaster® and the new high-capacity leveler HiCap®.

FlatMaster® – the leveler series for sheet metal parts up to 50 mm thick

The FlatMaster® series hydraulic precision leveler for stamped, laser-cut and flame-cut parts guarantees high quality leveling results for sheet metal parts from 0,5 up to 50 mm thick. It is equipped with a servo-hydraulic leveling gap control. That means the leveling results are consistently good, even in applications where parts have cut-outs. The integrated quick change roll system offers the advantage of cleaning and changing the leveling rollers in a few minutes.

HiCap® high-capacity leveler - leveling of wide and thin material

Also to be seen in Hannover: the ARKU high-capacity leveler HiCap® for highest flatness requirements when processing wide and thin sheet metal. Equipped with the patented EcoPlan® drive they are an especially good choice to eliminate coil-defects; like wavy edges and center buckles. EcoPlan® is avoiding surface defects on the material to be processed and increases the levelers capacity up to 30 percent.
