EdgeGrinder: for laser-cut and punched burrs.

Effortlessly remove difficult laser-cut and punched burrs, laser beads or dross with the EdgeGrinder for single-sided deburring. For high-quality processing. Even processes slightly deformed metal parts.

Edge processing and rounding – the EdgeGrinder.

The EdgeGrinder is the ideal solution for processing difficult laser-cut and punched burrs along with laser beads or dross and removes these cleanly and reliably. Even mildly deformed parts are no problem for the EdgeGrinder. Your benefit: you save time and costs through reduced secondary processing times.

  • Smooth surfaces even on hard materials: for steel and stainless steel.
  • For large parts: material with up to 1500 mm wide.
  • Maximum processing speed: 0.3 to 5 m/min

Perfectly prepared for further processing.

Smooth and clean surfaces are ideal for further processing of parts. The EdgeGrinder’s special brushes for removing burrs are exceptionally durable and have an extremely long service life. This not only reduces the costs but also ensures consistent processing.

Consistent performance: as a stand-alone solution or part of a production system.

The EdgeGrinder can be used as a stand-alone variant or as part of an existing production line. The easy operation enables you to rapidly optimize your production and enhance quality.

Efficient production.

The EdgeGrinder can be linked with ARKU’s EdgeBreaker® and EdgeRacer® deburring machines to provide efficient preparation for high-quality further processing.
