More inquiries, tests and customer orders reflect the increasing needs of fabricators, OEMs, job shops and steel service centers to provide parts, sheets and plates with tighter flatness tolerances to their customers. Many use the leveling center’s FlatMaster roller levelers to remove stress in their parts for better quality.

ARKU’s FlatMaster® hydraulic levelers with gap control and overload protection have a competitive advantage over other leveling methods and keep up with tighter automotive and international standards. Methods using straightening presses, bending rolls, press brakes, or even manual processes, such as hammer and flame are outdated, time consuming and may require rework or cause internal delays.

We offer free leveling tests. Five different levelers in our Leveling Center can level almost anything. Our parts leveling service is quite popular as our prices are competitive and our turn-around time is fast - usually one to two days. Customers are welcome to visit and observe the process.
